This fun event for the whole family is the perfect way to herald in the start of spring while you support our charity and make a difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities.

Registration: Pre-entries can be collected on Friday, 31 August 2018 at Jan Kriel School, between 12:00 and 18:00 and on Saturday, 1 September 2018 from 06:00.
Starting times
- 10 km Battle of the Sexes:* 07:30 *Women get a head start; men's start time determined on race day.
- 5 km and 4Paws: 07:45
- Kids' events: 09:00 onwards
Prize-giving Prize-giving starts at 09:45 The road race and fun run events are held over 10 km and 5 km while there will the Nappy and Kiddies run as well as the popular 4Paws fun run for your four-legged friends will also be held as part of the 5 km fun run/walk.
Prizes up for grabs
Battle of the Sexes: Overall winner receives a R500 bonus prize. Women get a head start over their male counterparts.
4Paws - 5 km only Lucky-draw prizes – enter by placing your tear-off slip in the box at the prize-giving stage.
